Toyotomi Trade-In Program

Out with the old and in with the new

Rural Energy Enterprises (REE) and Toyotomi are offering a Trade-In Program for customers who own eligible Toyostove or Oil Miser vented heaters. Customers can trade in an eligible Toyostove or Oil Miser heater and receive a discount toward the purchase of a new Toyotomi heater.

Available trade-in allowances:

  • $250.00 off a new Toyotomi L-731/2/3/4
  • $200.00 off a new Toyotomi L-531/2/3/4
  • $150.00 off a new Toyotomi L-301/2/3/4

This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions. This offer does not apply to sales to customers who live outside of the dealer’s territory.

Eligible Toyostove and Oil Miser Trade-In Models:
L-30, OM-22, OM-23, L-52, L-56, L-60, L-72, L-73.

Purchase Price to Consumer: The Dealer’s invoice/Bill of Sale to the consumer must clearly show the Suggested Retail Price suggested by the Distributor, or a lesser amount if Dealer prefers, the appropriate Toyotomi Trade-In Allowance, and the net amount to the consumer.

TIMING: The promotion period is July 1, 2026 thru September 30, 2026. All claims must be submitted by REE to Toyotomi within 45 days of sale. Claims received after 45 days of sale will be disqualified. Toyotomi will reimburse REE within 30 days of receiving valid claims accompanied by required documentation and circuit boards with original wiring attached.

CO-OP ADVERTISING: Distributors should advertise or encourage their dealers to advertise this Toyotomi Trade-In Program using TOYOTOMI’s Co-Op Advertising Program.

IMPORTANT

To qualify for reimbursement, the main circuit board from each trade-in unit must be returned to Rural Energy Enterprises (REE) with the original wiring attached. Circuit boards submitted without wiring attached will be rejected. All boards must be clearly tagged with the customer’s name, address, and phone number before shipment to REE.

Circuit boards must be received free of damage and properly packaged.

ALL TRADE-IN CIRCUIT BOARDS MUST BE RETURNED TO RURAL ENERGY ENTERPRISES (REE) FOR PROCESSING. DO NOT SEND CIRCUIT BOARDS DIRECTLY TO TOYOTOMI.
