The Toyotomi Flue Pipe Installation Kit (Part #20476440) is the standard venting kit for the Toyotomi OM-122DW and OM-128HH oil-fired water heaters. This direct/forced flue system uses outside air for combustion, creating a sealed and balanced system that maximizes fuel efficiency and prevents indoor air loss.
By drawing combustion air from outdoors, this kit maintains stable burner performance in tightly sealed homes and reduces drafts compared to chimney-based installations. It provides the highest efficiency configuration and is the most commonly used venting option for Toyotomi water heaters.
The kit includes the inner and outer flue assemblies, flexible exhaust components, intake hose, insulating cloth cover, flanges, gaskets, bands, and all necessary hardware for a safe and code-compliant through-the-wall installation. For thicker walls, use the Extension Flue Pipe (Part #20476486). When longer or offset venting runs are needed, add Extension Pipe Sets (Part #20476491) or #20476496, following Toyotomi’s limits of ≤ 10 ft total vent length and ≤ 3 bends.
