The Duravent 3BVSC is a Type B Vent Storm Collar 3" from the Duravent Type B Gas Vent line, 3 inch diameter. Storm collar that sits above the roof flashing and sheds water away from the pipe. Seal the top edge to the pipe with high temperature silicone.
