The Ooni Uuni 2S Wood Fired Oven with Stone Baking Board, part number UUNI-2S, is a portable, wood-fired outdoor pizza oven designed to cook authentic stone-baked pizza using hardwood pellets as fuel. Its compact stainless steel body and rear fuel hopper system allow efficient combustion while directing high heat across the cordierite baking stone surface. The oven is engineered to reach high cooking temperatures suitable for baking thin-crust pizzas in a short amount of time.
This oven uses hardwood pellets fed through the rear hopper to create consistent flame and heat distribution across the internal cooking chamber. The included stone baking board absorbs and retains heat to deliver crisp bases while the flame rolls over the top surface for balanced cooking. The compact design supports backyard use, patio cooking, or portable outdoor setups where a lightweight, wood-fired pizza solution is preferred.

The new model gets an added 'S' for stone, with its addition of a stone baking board to create perfect pizzas and a multitude of other dishes at home.
